Leeway Foundation Art and Change Grants These grants are available to women and transgender artists and writers based in the Delaware Valley region, whose work emphasizes social change. If you are at least 18 years old and live in Bucks, Camden, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery or Philadelphia counties, you are eligible to apply.
